Shipping
We are committed to shipping you your order within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, we will notify you of the shipment and include the tracking number (if available). Orders placed by 5PM EST will be submitted to our distribution network that evening. In most cases, these orders will ship the next business day.
If we have a question regarding your address, we will call and/or email to clarify the information. This may delay shipping.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us so we can begin to track down the order.
Returns
If you do not like the item, you may return it within 15 days for a refund, excluding shipping. The item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all packaging. Return shipping will not be provided. If you wish to return an item, please email for a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions.
If we made an error and shipped you the wrong item(s), we will either refund your money in full upon return of the incorrect products (including return shipping), or replace the incorrect item(s) with the correct items.
All items are insured by the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please refuse receipt. Once received, damaged items cannot be returned.
Special orders cannot be returned.
Payments
Credit Card payments are processed through PayPal. TwistingWrenches.com does not collect or retain your credit card information.

TwistingWrenches.com is designed to be a self service web site. However, we understand there are times you need to talk to a real person. For this reason, we have a message service at 484-365-2328. Please leave a message. We will return your call as soon as we can. Most calls will be returned in the even.
